Gartmorn Dam Conservation Volunteers

The Ranger Service is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help carry out essential conservation and access work at Gartmorn Dam.

Initially, we’ll meet once a month on a Wednesday from 11am—3pm. The tasks carried out will be varied. Some tasks are aimed at improving access to the countryside while others are aimed at enhancing the biodiversity of the area. Full instruction will be given for each task.

Tea and coffee will be provided. You’ll need to bring a packed lunch and suitable warm, waterproof clothing. The Rangers will provide tools and gloves if needed.
